Tuesday Conversation Group Meetings – examples of topics and contributions
The meetings are held at "La Maison du Citoyen", 35 Rue du Collège, in Carpentras, every Tuesday afternoon (except school holidays), where we discuss topics in French and English, to give the members a chance to exercise their language skills whilst assisting one another.

The themes for each session are circulated in advance, below are some recent examples. For some of these themes sample contributions can be seen by clicking on Group contributions
to open new pages. Some members of the group prepare their contributions in advance in word-processed form. It is therefore possible for them to be posted here to share more widely. More contributions would be welcome, especially in English from Francophone participants. However, most of the conversations are less formal, spoken from notes or simply from the top of the head. There is no expectation that anyone should write anything down at all.
